The 3rd Shift FSQ Technician at Jennie-O Turkey Store in Barron, WI is responsible for performing routine quality and food safety checks, including monitoring production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing, and weight checks. This role involves completing and reviewing documentation, ensuring proper execution of company programs (HACCP, SQF, NTIS), and adhering to company policies and procedures. The technician will also provide technical support and training to the plant on USDA regulation compliance, process control, product performance reporting, GMP's, and food safety principles. The position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks, assist with the Master Cleaning Calendar, and gain knowledge across all department areas.
