Requirements
- Three plus years of previous related agricultural experience preferred.
- Experience with food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, SQF, or equivalent).
- Capable of troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving history.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to read and write English
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively in group situations and with workers to accomplish goals.
- Oversee daily operation of the cranberry cleaning station and fresh fruit plant, including receiving, screening, separating, drying, and quality-grading processes.
- Notifies Marsh Operations Manager of safety issues and/or accidents immediately
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
- Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and safe operation of machinery
