About The Position

This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. The Lead Clerk will monitor quality assurance standards, direct and supervise department functions, and support the day-to-day operations of the Frozen Foods department. The role emphasizes the Customer 1st strategy and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, based in Hutchinson, Kansas, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and serves customers in over 60 stores throughout Kansas.
