About The Position

The Frozen Food/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitoring quality assurance standards. The leader is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. • Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards.
