The Frozen Foods Department Manager sets the department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and overall profitability. This role is responsible for presenting the freshest and best quality product at a competitive retail price. The position requires a positive attitude, creating an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork, and generating a friendly atmosphere by encouraging employees to greet and speak to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Core competencies include partnerships, a growth mindset, being results-oriented, customer-focused, and professionalism. This position is accountable to the District Store Director, Store Manager, and Assistant Managers of Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home.
