Responsible for setting up the line prior to the shift to ensure continuous production to one repackaging line or pre-blend line, as instructed by the Supervisor. Responsible for setting up the line prior to the shift, as instructed by the Supervisor. Responsible for continuous production to one repackaging line or pre-blend line. Checks the lines and totes for cleanliness prior to dumping the first tote or prior to dumping the first tote after a changeover. Must be able to physically lift 75 pounds as required. Keeps work area clean in accordance with good housekeeping practices Prepares part totes for re-storage and notifies the lift truck operator of their presence. Reports mechanical and/or safety concerns to Supervisor or Leadperson immediately. Adheres to common safety practices and procedures including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required. Adheres to Hanover’s plant hygiene standards to ensure high product integrity. Should not leave assigned area unless given permission by Supervisor or Lead. Responsible for the execution of food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, HACCP, safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by the Freezer’s Production Supervisor.
