Role Overview We are seeking a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about frontend architecture and user experience, who also enjoys mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence. You will own frontend technical direction while collaborating closely with Product and Design.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or Frontend Tech Lead.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and UX principles.
- Experience leading teams and reviewing code at scale.
- Familiarity with API-driven systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Native or fluent English.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus.
