Requirements

• Previous customer service/front desk experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Always keeping the customer first and providing a top notch, luxurious experience
• The ability to build long-term relationships with your customers (Once a Diamonds Direct customer, we hope for them to remain a customer for LIFE)
• Well organized and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• A natural talent for customer service
• Ability to maintain composure in high pressure, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls of multi-line phone system
• Assist with inventory counts
• Store opening and/or closing procedures
• Type appraisals
• Prepare outgoing mail
