Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Previous customer service/front desk experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work SATURDAYS

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Keeping the office clean and organized, and performing inventory of office supplies
  • Providing people with information and directing visitors
  • Accurately type appraisals and other necessary documentation as required.
  • Oversee the check-in process, ensuring all visitors are accounted for and receive the necessary assistance during their stay.
  • Act as the eyes on the floor, monitoring environment and guest experiences, and reporting any issues or needs to management promptly.
