Responsibilities include: Supervise and support front desk associates and bell staff as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and escalations Ensure efficient and accurate check-in and check-out processes Monitor room inventory, availability, and upgrades Assist with VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special requests Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate cash handling and house bank procedures Ensure completion of daily checklists and shift responsibilities Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments Complete shift reports and pass-along notes Support training, coaching, and development of front desk associates Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Step in to assist the team during busy periods What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
