We are searching for a Front Office Specialist II - TCP Medical Plaza - someone to coordinate and perform the scheduling of patients, receive and greet visitors, answer and handle incoming calls, coordinate the referral process, enter accurate billing information into system and transmit accurate claims while working collaboratively with other members of the Healthcare Team. Think you've got what it takes? Ability to provide excellent customer service, to act in a professional manner, to type, to file, to use a multi-line telephone, computer, fax and copier Knowledge of related OSHA guidelines and requirements Knowledge of general office tasks, confidentiality, medical terminology and managed care referral processes.
