About The Position

This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations by efficiently managing front desk activities such as handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication between departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for various departments.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff both in-person and via email.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages and facilitate communication.
