  • Collect payments and issue receipts as part of the check-out process.
  • Manage the appointment calendar to ensure optimal clinic efficiency.
  • Confirm patient appointments and provide clear instructions when needed.
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and treatment plans.
  • Act as a patient success advocate, ensuring that all patients have a positive and comfortable experience at the clinic.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and medical history questionnaires.
  • Provide clear information about services, treatment options, and insurance coverage.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, therapists, and medical staff to maintain excellent communication.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and keep electronic health records (EHR) up to date.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate closely with therapists and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Contribute to the overall safety and compliance of the clinic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional training is a plus).
  • Previous experience in medical reception, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and office software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and a patient-centered attitude with a desire to help others.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is advantageous.
