Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and concern for patients’ needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
