About The Position

The Front Office Receptionist position aids the entire firm by providing administrative support to every department. The team is looking for a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and capacity to rapidly grasp new procedures. You will be working in a fast-paced environment - completing tasks that are integral to the daily success of the firm. Qualified candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, in order to provide the necessary support to our clients.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele a must.
  • Excellent organizational/ time management skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • To perform this job successfully, you should have strong knowledge of either the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (spreadsheets, documents, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors and intake.
  • Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes.
  • Scanning mail and saving mail to appropriate folders or systems.
  • Handling highly confidential information.
  • Collaborating with all teams to meet their mailing and distribution needs.
  • Special projects and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
