About The Position

As the Front Desk Specialist at Elevate MD, you will serve as the "Director of First Impressions" responsible for preparing the front office to ensure a remarkable patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, both on the phone and in person, and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression as patients check out and schedule their next appointments.

Requirements

• Front office/administrative duties experience, preferably in a medical/physician office setting.
• Demonstrates professional and effective oral, written, and computer communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in workload, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient visits, confirming appointments, and returning calls while maintaining HIPAA standards.
• Greeting and checking patients in and out of the office.
• Promoting quality communication among staff and patients to create professional, safe, and effective individualized care.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Serving and protecting the Elevate MD practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
