  • Check in in-office and telehealth clients.
  • Schedule therapy and psychiatry services.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate channels and notify supervisor of client concerns.
  • Assist the records coordinator with medical records requests and pick up.
  • Assist the referral coordinator with new and established patient referrals.
  • Communicate with doctor's offices, lawyers, schools, and case workers for appointment information.
  • Maintain the waiting room appearance and sanitize regularly throughout the day.
  • Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
  • At least 1 year of medical office scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
