Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • basic math skills required
  • the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems
  • knowledge of Database Software
  • knowledge of Internet Software
  • knowledge of Spreadsheet software
  • knowledge of Word Processing software
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm with nil errors
  • Approximately 50% of the job description for this position relates to the ability to successfully relate, work effectively, and get along well with patients and colleagues
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a pleasant disposition who cares about others
