Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a four/five star hotel; with one year of experience in front office management.
  • Maintain a high degree of ethics and integrity.
  • Good problem Solving.
  • Must possess polished telephone etiquette.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. And on that rare occasion, ability to support our overnight shift.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all team members and departments in a respectful and professional manner.
  • An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Pass pre-employment background and motor vehicles check

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and front desk registration, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
  • Interview candidates for current job openings and train team members.
