Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this position directs and oversees the activities of the Front Desk, Communications, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams. Serves as Manager on Duty and provides hands-on support to the Front Office team to ensure seamless daily operations. Plans for special events and large groups by looking ahead and preparing the team members for large events to include, weddings, hotel activations, social and sporting events in the city. Anticipates guest needs, delivers personalized service, and upholds Four Seasons standards to create exceptional experiences. This highly visible leadership role is critical to maintaining flawless operations and elevating guest satisfaction through strong floor presence. As Front Office Manager, you will drive service excellence, support team performance, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
