About The Position

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing superior customer service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and our team. Requirements

  • No degree is needed.
  • We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills.
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software.
  • Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses.
  • Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Train and supervise front office staff as needed.
