The Front Office Lead reports to the Office Manager with accountability for day-to-day office workflows. Partnering with the Office Manager within the clinic to promote the highest standards of quality of patient care by appropriately managing patient flow. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • 3 years in medical office setting preferred
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,
  • Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Company.
  • Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to staff for solving issues that may arise with patient scheduling or verification.
  • Provide immediate follow-up, documentation, and communication to employees.
  • Serves as champion, assisting staff to interpret organizational changes in a positive manner.
  • Provides training for new team members on front office operations.
  • Provides continuous feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Regularly attends pertinent meetings as required for position/office.
  • Promotes staff education opportunities and leads training.
  • Serve as a back-up when staffing needs dictate for New Patient Intake, Patient Information, and/or Scheduling departments.
  • Maintaining correct information in patient charts related to demographic or provider detail.
