As a Front Office Lead, this position is responsible for a diverse range of tasks crucial to the smooth operations of our front office, medical records, and switchboard employees. Key responsibilities include: Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold the highest standards in maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information. Balancing Advocacy: Crucial role in balancing advocacy for both company values and staff well-being. Policy Support: Support and uphold company policies, expressing consistent support for staff. Modality Flexibility: Float to other modalities as needed demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute across various areas of the front office. (i.e., front office, scheduling, medical records, switchboard) End of Day Collections: Complete end-of day front office collections efficiently and accurately. Staff Concerns: Address staff concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment. Patient Issue Follow-up: Thoroughly follow up on patient issues, handling variances, HIPAA breaches, and suggestion cards. Staffing Involvement: Actively participate in staffing interviews and attend staffing meetings. Onboarding Adaptability: Adapt to new onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition for new staff. ADP Clock Management: Efficiently manage ADP clock punches for accurate timekeeping. Workflow Communication: Effectively communicate new workflows to the team for seamless operations. Staff Training: Take the lead in training staff and serving as a superuser for front office modalities. Mastery: Master all front office modalities to ensure comprehensive understanding and efficient task execution. Difficult Conversations: Engage in difficult conversations with team members when necessary, fostering a positive team dynamic. Late Shift Coverage: Provide coverage for late shifts when needed to maintain operational continuity. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
