About The Position

The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a 10-14 week training and development program, you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey. The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities. Role Specific Information Rooms | Front Office Intern Gain experience in guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services. Learn about reservation systems and assist in managing guest inquiries.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or culinary program or recent graduate.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury dining.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Gain experience in guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services.
  • Learn about reservation systems and assist in managing guest inquiries.
  • Engage in day-to-day operations within your chosen department at an Auberge Resorts property.
  • Gain practical skills and insights to build upon your college studies.
  • Attend specialized training sessions to enhance their knowledge and skills related to the internship position.
  • Participate in The CIRCLE orientation experience and Delivering Heartfelt Service.
  • Gain exposure to the Auberge ENRICH values and see the opportunity for growth within our collection.
  • Gain exposure to career paths within the collection and receive guidance on potential future opportunities.
