Dental or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions or scheduling needs
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient accounts
Communicating with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and office policies
Collecting payments and assisting patients with financial questions
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinating with doctors, assistants, and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
Supporting team members across the front office when needed
