Nestled in Sullivan County, in the Lower Hudson Valley region of the Catskills Mountains, the Chatwal Lodge delivers a Luxurious and intimate retreat experience. This role contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and is ideal for someone who values personalized hospitality and consistently upholds exceptional standards. of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and elevated arrival and departure journey by supporting both Front Office services and Restaurant operations. In addition to Front Desk duties and assisting with Bell /valet responsibilities, this position also provides service support in the restaurant or in room dining when business needs require. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - 26.00 per hour. Centrally Located to the following areas: Orange County, NY is located 40 minutes away. Pike County, PA is located 40 minutes away. Wayne, PA is located 40 minutes away. Beach Lake, PA is located 25 minutes away. Monticello, NY 15-20 minutes away. Requirements

Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
Must be able to multi-task
Must be 18 years or older
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Must possess basic computer skills.
Must have NYS Driver's License
