We are seeking a professional and compassionate Front Desk Float to join our multi-doctor healthcare team. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience Answer and manage incoming phone calls, including screening and directing calls as appropriate Schedule appointments and maintain updated calendars for medical professionals Verify patient demographics and insurance information and update records as necessary Collect copayments and process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Maintain tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely check-ins and check-outs Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Collaborate with medical staff and other administrative personnel to ensure smooth operations Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Rotating between the different doctor's offices located within this building.
