About The Position

SwimKids Utah is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to help create a consistent, high-quality experience for our families. This role is critical to keeping our daily operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and can be trusted to follow through.

Requirements

  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Able to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist families in person, over email, and via text
  • Accurately schedule and manage lessons
  • Keep instructor schedules and class rosters organized and up to date
  • Communicate clearly with customers, staff, and leadership
  • Handle questions and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Maintain a smooth, consistent front office experience
