Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
• Personal effectiveness/credibility and solid ethical conduct
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal, and written form.
• Problem solving and investigative skills with the ability to handle pressure and think clearly in all situations.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proven ability to navigate through multiple screens effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge and experience working with accounting software.
• Must have initiative and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review Titles from Wholesale Auctions.
• Process Title Work on Customers behalf.
• Process vendor invoices.
• Balance inventory
• Prepare daily accounting reports.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
• Reconcile various accounts at month-end.
• All other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.
