About The Position

Clarity Behavioral Health is hiring! We’re looking for an Associate to join our Clinical Operations team. The Front Office Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for patients and a smooth operational workflow for the clinical team. This position supports patient appointment coordination, clinician scheduling, communication routing, and front desk operations to help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations in this role, you will: Support clinical operations and patient care coordination Support the daily flow and organization of the clinical office. Greet patients upon arrival and act as the primary contact for phone calls, emails, and patient portal messages. Assist with scheduling patient appointments and coordinating visits from pharmaceutical representatives. Support administrative and communication functions Monitor and manage clinician schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate meal ordering and logistics for pharmaceutical representative visits and office luncheons. Track and route incoming communication, including faxes, emails, and messages, to the appropriate team members. Facilitate timely and clear communication across clinical and administrative staff to support seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to office in Lumberton, NJ
  • Completion of a high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Warm, professional, and patient-centered mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinic front desk setting is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), scheduling systems, or patient portal software (experience with IntakeQ is a plus).
