Whether guests are here for a stay, a coffee, or an event, we aim to make everyone feel at home. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests-warmly welcoming them, assisting with check-in and check-out, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. You'll help with room assignments, handle guest inquiries, process payments, and communicate with other departments to keep things running smoothly. This role calls for someone who's friendly, dependable, and enjoys creating a great experience for others.The person in this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict, and a thorough understanding of company policies. Furthermore, all team members must develop and maintain the company's culture, values, and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors, and partners. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
