About The Position

A Front of the House Team Leader will oversee the "Front of the House", the front counter of the restaurant, by running a shift. The leader is responsible for placing team members in suitable positions, running breaks, and ensuring that exceptional guest experience is provided. A FOH leader is someone who to excels in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and social skills.   • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
  • Assist with food production and preparation as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
