About The Position

A Front of the House Team Leader will oversee the "Front of the House", the front counter of the restaurant, by running a shift. The leader is responsible for placing team members in suitable positions, running breaks, and ensuring that exceptional guest experience is provided. A FOH leader is someone who to excels in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and social skills. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
Assist with food production and preparation as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
