About The Position

As our Front of House Manager, you’re the conductor of the Bagelmania orchestra — keeping the room moving, the energy high, and the guests happy. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and leadership team to run smooth, fast-paced shifts and deliver unbelievable guest experiences in a high-volume environment where lines out the door are part of the job. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in controlled chaos, leads from the floor, and knows how to keep things fun without losing control.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments where speed, accuracy, and guest volume never slow down
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • You can keep things fun without losing control — high energy, high standards, no drama
  • Must have or be able to obtain required certifications: Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Card, and ServSafe Manager Certification

Responsibilities

  • Coach, motivate, and lead the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly, memorable service — every shift.
  • Own the dining room, the line, the flow, and the guest experience from the first “hello” to the last bite.
  • Bring high energy, positivity, and urgency while holding clear standards and expectations.
  • Handle scheduling, hiring, training, payroll, and guest recovery in a high-volume environment where speed and accuracy matter.
  • Be on the floor, watching every table, solving problems in real time, and making sure guests leave happy (and full).
  • Oversee cash handling and closing procedures to ensure everything balances at the end of the day.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety standards.
  • Jump in wherever needed — from handling to-go and catering orders to supporting private events and special projects.
