Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • High School or equivalent
  • Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory

Nice To Haves

  • Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
  • Stable job history
