Requirements

Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills
Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
Must be available to work any time including Saturdays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts
Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service at all times
Maintain cleanliness of work area and the dining room
Stock supplies as needed throughout the shift
Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
Make deliveries
Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder
