As a highly skilled and professional Team Leader, you will work in the restaurant leading shifts, supporting the crew, working stations, coordinating breaks, accounting for cash, and modeling both food and service to Chick-fil-A's legendary standards. Position Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts Shifts Available: Opening: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM and Closing: 2:00 PM - 11 PM Availability: Must be available to Open or Close at least 4 times a week Must have Saturday PM Availability (each Team Leader rotates working Saturday nights)

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
At least one-year experience in a leadership role

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count cash drawers and finalize day
Coordinate breaks during your shift
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
