This position can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position - located in Louisville, KY with the understanding that you will be training in the operational side of the business. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available between the hours of 2PM-11PM
• Must be able to work part-time or full-time hours
• Must be available on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurants.
• Offer the team encouragement to stay true to committing to hospitality and 2nd Mile service.
• Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in the training of new hires when needed, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
• Problem solving skills
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Open and/or close the store
• Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
