Requirements

Proven leadership experience in food service or hospitality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Servant-hearted with a passion for developing others
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Experience in fast-paced restaurants or guest service environments
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Must be available during peak meal periods, including Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Lead the Front of House during assigned shifts with energy, professionalism, and urgency
Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
Maintain high standards for order accuracy, food safety, and dining room cleanliness
Coach and encourage team members with timely feedback, clear direction, and accountability
Support team execution of new product rollouts, promotions, and service initiatives
Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth, unified operations
Serve as a role model - upholding and representing Chick-fil-A's values and brand standards at all times
