About The Position

Earn $16-$20 an hour by joining the magic behind our legendary pizza pies in Verona. Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time counter servers for our Verona restaurant. That's right: Verona! We're opening in Summer 2026. We'll be serving up our affordable, craft-quality pizza and this time with an expanded bar to go with it. Work with an inclusive, supportive crew at our legendary pizza joint. $250 when your referral joins our Verona or Madison teams. What you'll do Jump in and keep things moving! As a counter server, you'll be the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet guests with good vibes, take and ring up orders, and keep the line moving smoothly. You'll handle pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, toss salads, scoop ice cream, finish pizzas in the ovens, and help keep food flowing. If you're 18 or older, you may also serve drinks at the bar. You'll restock supplies, keep the restaurant clean, and work alongside a great, inclusive team! What We're Looking For If you're a team player who brings effort and a positive attitude to every shift, we wanna hear from you! Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs. Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools. Must be 16+ to apply. Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation). English language proficiency is needed. No experience required. We train! Scheduling and Availability Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone. Verona will be open daily between 10am-10pm. Counter server shifts are typically scheduled from 9am-4/5pm for lunch and 4/5pm-11pm/12am for dinner. Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time and full-time hours available.
