Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food service, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hotel or private membership settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Process payments and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
