The Front of House Manager is a key leadership role within the culinary operations team for Spectrum Events, a division of OVG Hospitality. This position is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house functions during Tour events, including buffet presentation, craft services, guest relations, and dining area operations. The FOH Manager is expected to lead and supervise staff, exercise independent judgment, and ensure that front-of-house operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant operational, logistical, and managerial responsibilities. This role pays an annual salary of $44,000-$48,000.
