About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and knows how to balance hospitality with efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant/bar setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Hands-on management style with a focus on teamwork
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Front of House operations including servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork
  • Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming environment
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and solutions-focused mindset
  • Monitor service flow, table turns, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage POS system, cash handling, and end-of-shift reports
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff as needed
