The Delegate, a contemporary, brick-clad hotel eatery known for its hearty American seafood and meat classics, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to elevate our guests' dining journeys. As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in curating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring impeccable service, and driving the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the front of house team, setting a positive and motivating tone.
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure, delivering exceptional service.
  • Oversee and optimize table reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist management.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain service excellence, product knowledge, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to synchronize the timing and quality of food service.
