About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Vista West Madison - 150 Bella Vista Drive, Madison, WI 53717. Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary; weekends and holidays are included. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous experience in a senior living community setting is preferred. Fixed Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour. Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
