The Chick-fil-A Chantilly Air and Space location is seeking full-time and part-time hospitality professionals! The Front of house (FOH) Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be a hospitality professional. You will be out front and guest facing. Responsibilities

Completing tasks and ensuring that products and guest experience are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture and the Operator's vision.
Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do.
Preparing, assembling and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards
Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length
Basic mathematical and measurement skills
Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
Always courteously greet guests.
Unloading delivery trucks supplies and placing in proper storage area
Able to lift up to 45 pounds
Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional
Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards
Assembling, cleaning, maintaining and operating equipment: ice cream machine, soda drink fountains, lemonade and tea, and coffee machines, etc
Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks
