About The Position

Directors are senior-level leaders. Seeks to grow the business, develop leaders, and proactively solve and prevent problems. They take ownership and ensure that all problems are solved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 12+ months of Chick-fil-A experience (Unless exception made by Senior Leader)
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the business, including reports, operational procedures, and administrative skill. Be able to implement real, results-driven change driven by SMART business plans
  • Commitment to open availability with 40+ hours a week in the business and a willingness to work whenever and wherever is necessary (Saturday's are required)
  • Demonstrate that the team holds them in high respect
  • Demonstrate expert problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a clear ability to develop others

Responsibilities

  • To solve complex, big-picture problems of the business through report analysis (CEM, Labor, etc.)
  • To have a passion for developing leaders
  • To protect the culture
  • To hold Shift Leaders and Team Members accountable
  • To be present during peak volumes to assist the team and leaders with coaching, perspective, and feedback
  • To provide clear goals for the team that impact daily operations and results
  • To have a passion for continuously improving the business
  • To care for the business as a whole, proactively solve problems, plan for the future, and care for the culture
