Position Summary: The Front Lobby Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees entering the Rubbermaid facility. This role provides exceptional customer service while ensuring security, professionalism, and smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and facility-support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or corporate office environments.
  • Familiarity with visitor management or security access systems.
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and drivers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow facility security and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate visitor appointments, notify employees of arrivals, and manage lobby flow.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, Facilities, Leadership, and other departments as needed.
  • Manage front-office supplies and inventory
  • Create a welcoming, clean, and efficient lobby environment.
  • Provide friendly and timely responses to employee and visitor inquiries.
