As we continue to expand, we are investing in digital and visual solutions that enhance both patient experience and internal operations. --- Position Summary We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Front-End Web & Graphic Designer to support the development of web interfaces and visual assets across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining user-friendly web experiences while producing high-quality marketing and operational materials using Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate combines front-end development expertise with strong visual design skills, ensuring consistency in branding, usability, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design work
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Familiarity with basic backend integration or APIs
- Experience working in healthcare or multi-location organizations
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end web interfaces
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business and marketing needs into functional designs
- Create and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and UI components
- Develop visually engaging assets for digital and print (flyers, brochures, presentations, internal materials)
- Ensure consistency with company branding across all platforms
- Optimize web applications for speed, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work with developers and IT to integrate front-end components with backend systems
- Edit and produce graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Maintain and update existing websites and digital assets
- Support ongoing branding, marketing, and internal communication initiatives
