About The Position
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer / Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berks County, PA . This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future . The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing , and enjoy working on a variety of creative and marketing projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to contribute ideas that help grow our brand and online presence.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Experience with web design and website management
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with vinyl printing or vinyl graphic production
- Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital advertising
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for digital and print marketing materials
- Assist with website design, updates, and maintenance
- Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and advertising
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online campaigns
- Prepare files for print production when needed
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on branding and promotional projects
- Assist with vinyl graphics production when necessary (training available)
