About The Position

Audit model assumptions versus actual factory performance and collaborate with APD/ATE/ME departments to close performance gaps Review, refine, and optimize capacity models across all workstations. Ensure tool capacity is well-positioned to meet wafer output requirements Analyze historical data, trends, and external factors to inform scenario development and sensitivity analysis Support scenario modeling, long‑range planning, capital forecasting, MOR/POR gaps, and “what‑if” case studies. Enable automation and reporting improvements across modeling functions (including future workflow automation) Coordinate, lead, and provide analysis in executive and various management forums to drive business strategy Collaborate with key stakeholders on future production and development modeling inputs (process changes, load sizes, tool utilization, cycle time impacts) Coach and mentor team members to help them reach their goals and potential Seek to build trust-based relationships by partnering with equipment and process engineering in support of overall fab operations Promote and enable a values-based and performance management (PM) culture within the modeling team
